Reiki, Chakra Balance, Clearing and Energising the Energy Field
Clear and energise the aura and chakras, removing any blockages to the flow of life force energy with Reiki / Intuitive Energy Work.
There may be no touch at all or a light laying on of hands. This can be done via distance or in person. I will let you know what I observed during the session. People often report feeling very relaxed, seeing colours, and sometimes having visions and other interesting experiences.
Bowen Therapy works in the energetic realm, so it is possible to create musculoskeletal changes and give relief from pain over a distance. This is a good choice for those who don’t like or can’t tolerate physical touch.
During a session I will ensure the energy body is
- Connected to the earth – “grounded”
- Connected to the Source of universal energy with any blockages removed
- Any interference or hangers-on draining your energy are removed
- Cleansed and energised as required
