My Story:

"I was born in the USA and came to Bairnsdale at age 5 in 1977.

I went to school in Bairnsdale, then moved to Melbourne, Chicago, London, Vancouver BC... and back to Bairnsdale 20 years later.

Balance Bodywork is part of my own healing journey, in learning ways to resolve my own physical, mental, emotional pain and spiritual disconnection. The things that have helped me the most, I now offer to those who allow me to be a part of their healing journey.

I trained in relaxation massage with Linda Harness in London, UK in 1997 and quickly became fascinated with spiritual and alternative healing techniques."
