What does the typical appointment look like?

Your appointment can take place online or in person. Similar to a counselling session, you will have an opportunity to talk about what is going on for you. After that we will take action with various processes to make life better in whatever area is being addressed.

Online sessions can be done via email, video call or phone.

Minimal to no touch is required.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Prepare for your appointment by identifying your goal, usually your biggest pain or your biggest challenge. Alternatively you can book an appointment with no goal in mind, and we will be guided to the best topic to focus on by talking, or using one of several focusing techniques if necessary.
