Spiritual Activation Massage is designed to make room for spiritual transformation and growth by cleansing you of any and all baggage and entering a guided meditative state to enlighten your soul - All with complete relaxation.
Nicole has been practising massage since 1997, and has developed a unique deep nurturing massage over 25 years of experience. Incorporating additional things learnt from Reiki since 1998, being mentored by a shaman since 2014, and practising kinesiology since 2017. Spiritual Activation Massage merges all the above into one experience.
You will receive a top-quality, full-body, holistic massage using pure organic aromatherapy oils. Hydrotherapy may be included in the form of steamed towels. Healing frequencies and sounds may be included. adding in guided meditation if needed, multidimensional energy work as guided, channeling energies to activate and anchor as guided by your Higher Self.

What should I do to prepare?
Be well hydrated beforehand and plan an easy day afterward.
What is the dress code?
You will be undressed to the underpants, no bra, and kept modestly covered by towels the whole time.
Can I do this massage if I have a physical injury?
You will have time at the beginning of your session to discuss problem areas and ensure that they are handled appropriately.
How do I prepare for the spiritual aspect of this massage?
No preparation is necessary, but journaling and having awareness of where you are going, what your challenges are, what assistance you would wish for from the higher realms would be ideal.
